Chief Information Officer
The CIO shall supervise the custody of all the records and reports and shall be responsible for the keeping and reporting of adequate minutes of all meetings of the Board and the members. The CIO shall also be responsible for the design, revision, and continued development of Heartland Angels’ website. The CIO will interact with all other advisory committees to insure correct information is presented on the website. He/She will respond to information requests submitted to the site, make sure all dues related to maintaining the site have been paid by the Controller; and maintain communication with website host. The CIO will maintain and secure all electronic records by a current back-up system.
