Controller
The Controller shall keep full and correct account of receipts and disbursements in the books (electronic and/or paper) belonging to Heartland Angels and shall deposit any and all monies and other valuable effects in the name and the credit of Heart Angels, in such banks of deposit as may be designated by the Board. The Controller shall dispose of any and all funds as may be ordered by the Board, take proper vouchers for such disbursement, and render to the President and the Board, whenever they may require, an account of all his or her transactions as Controller and of the financial condition of Heartland Angels. The Controller shall also perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her from time to time by the Board.
