President and Chairman of the Board
The President of Heartland Angels shall have general and active management control of the business and ensure that the bylaws are upheld. The President shall from time to time report to the Board and the members on all matters within his or her knowledge, which involves the interests of Heartland Angels or should be brought to the attention of the members. The President shall also perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her from time to time by the Board.
