Heartland Angels Inc : Private Equity Network

Investors — Investor Profile

Heartland Angels helps match investors with early stage start-up companies and/or real estate opportunities.

The preferred investor is an accredited investor as defined by Regulation D under the Securities act of 1933 or SEC Rule 501. There are monthly meetings during which potential investment opportunities are presented to the network investors. Heartland Angels, as an organization, does not take a position on the merits of the companies it presents to its members. The decision to invest (or not invest) rests entirely upon the individual members.

This decision is made after whatever due diligence the members deem appropriate. Investments of a minimum amount of $25,000 are required when an investment is made. An capital investment request from the presenting company in the general range of $250,000 to $2,000,000 is appropriate for consideration by the network. Investments outside this range will be considered on a case by case basis.
