Heartland Angels' Real Estate strategy focuses on the both the Debt and Equity sectors of the Real Estate market. Heartland Angels considers Real Estate investing very different from its other sector investing; therefore, there is no membership fee requirement in Heartland Angels to participate in any real estate investment. A fund will be established and subsequent investments will be made directly from that fund.
These investments are available to accredited investors.
Return is Commensurate with Risk
- When structuring the fund portfolio, the management team will focus on maximizing return through quality structuring and servicing with anticipated return of 11–16%.
- Risk is mitigated through the diversification of the size and type of loans comprising the portfolio. No single loan will constitute more than 10% of the entire portfolio. A portfolio of $25,000,000 in size will consist of 10–50 loans. The management team will also diversify the content of the portfolio with regard to the product type (multifamily, office, industrial, mixed-used).
