Paul Fogle is a specialist in commercial real estate finance. He has reviewed more than $1.5 billion in transactions during his 15-year career. His diverse background in commercial real estate lending includes sourcing, underwriting and closing loans in virtually every asset class, conduit lending, works outs, mezzanine debt, bridge financing, net lease transactions, construction loans, single-family tract developments, condo conversions, various municipal and state bond obligations, delinquent tax certificate purchasing, sale leaseback transactions, real estate investment trusts, final due diligence and loan summaries for rating agency classification prior to bond pricing, and sub-prime commercial loans. His present assignments focus on financing sub-prime commercial real estate opportunities and has published articles in this area and others in Commercial Mortgage Insight, Banker & Tradesman, The Mortgage Press and Scotsman Guide.
He is a member of the Illinois Mortgage Brokers Association, Turnaround Management Association and the Executive Committee of the Young ProfessionalŐs Organization of The Parkways Foundation in Chicago.
He has a B.S. in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
