Full Member Investor

Heartland Angels helps match members with early stage start-up company investment opportunities that are aligned with their interests and our Mission. There are many ways to participate in the activities of Heartland Angels, Inc. in addition to investing.  The definition of a Full member  (i.e., Accredited) investor is defined by the SEC (Rule 501).

There are monthly meetings during which potential investment opportunities are presented to the Member investors and guests. The decision to invest is made after whatever due diligence the members deem appropriate. Investments of a minimum amount of $5,000 are required when an investment is made.  To find out more about benefits of Membership, click here.

A capital investment request from the presenting company in the general range of $250,000 to $2,000,000 is appropriate for consideration by the network. Investments outside this range will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
