Heartland Angels seeks to invest in companies that discover and develop the next generation of innovation and thereby influence emerging industry trends. This focus creates an opportunity to obtain superior financial and social returns on our investments for both the company and the investor. These activities require significant discipline in our sourcing, screening, presenting, due diligence and post-investment activities. This approach benefits everyone involved.

1. Refer to the Preferred Investment Profile to understand better the kind of opportunities that are appropriate for our network.  If your understanding of your opportunity appears to match our interests, first register, log in and then continue on with the process of submitting your opportunity. If it doesn't match our interests, we recommend you consider other investor groups and/or funding approaches.


2. In order for Heartland Angels to understand your investment opportunity, we need written information about the opportunity.  This can be provided by uploading one or more of the following non-confidential items: a) An executive summary, b) A business plan including financial documents, and/or c) A presentation. You will able to up-load up to 5 files.  If you require a confidential disclosure agreement prior to submitting these items, submit that document and we will review it. If acceptable, we will sign the document.

It is important to correctly understand your company and the innovation involved so that we can see if it is appropriate to be involved in the funding of your company. Company profiles help us to know if we are likely to be able to be involved in funding your innovation.
